In order to receive important messages from RMMS, please take a moment to check your School Messenger contact notification information and settings in Parent Portal.  Any important messages will be delivered to the contact information you have designated in School Messenger.  You can personalize what messages you receive and how you receive them.  Message types include Non-school Hours Emergency, School Hours Emergency, Attendance, General, and Survey.  You may designate email, text, and/or phone contacts in School Messenger.  Please keep in mind that the contacts you designate in School Messenger may be different than the contact information information in the school database.   You must have information entered in School Messenger to receive messages from the school! Below is information on how to access and make changes to your contact information.  

To add/change your contact information to School Messenger, log-in to Parent Portal.  At the bottom of the navigation bar, select School Messenger and add your contact information. If you need help accessing this resource, please contact your child’s school or use this link to watch the parent tutorial video posted on the BCPS YouTube Channel. The School Messenger information starts at 4 minutes 22 seconds into the video.
